On March 9th, 2023, constitutional law professors Enrique Luzuriaga and Pedro Puertas, along with Ecuador-based attorney Hugo Echeverria of the Center for Democratic and Environmental Rights (CDER), addressed rights of nature cases pending before Ecuador’s Constitutional Court. Israel Celi served as the panel moderator.
