CDER’s Frank Bibeau to Keynote Anishinaabe Law Conference

Tribal Attorney Frank Bibeau, Director of the Center for Democratic and Environmental Rights (CDER) Tribal Rights of Nature Program, will make a keynote presentation at the Anishinaabe Law Conference on June 23.

Frank will speak about his work on treaty rights, enforcing the rights of manoomin (wild rice), and the relationship of sovereign tribal nations and the U.S. government.

The conference, hosted by the Niibi Center, will be held June 23-24 on the White Earth reservation.
