Dan is a lawyer in private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He studied law at George Washington University (J.D. 1993). Since 2001 he has devoted much of his career to developing, litigating, and consulting on the legal bases for ending constitutional rights of corporations, and securing rights of local self-government and nature. A lifelong bookworm, he returned to graduate school to study philosophy, politics, literature, and history at St. John’s College (M.A. 2016). A family man foremost, he lives in Santa Fe with his wife and law partner Jennifer and his children, who are his treasure.
