ASIL Panel on Rights of Nature, with CDER’s Frank Bibeau

Frank Bibeau, Director of CDER’s Tribal Rights of Nature Program, recently spoke on a panel at the American Society of International Law annual meeting.

Frank presented on his work to protect the rights of manoomin, wild rice, in tribal law, and to enforce those rights in the White Earth Tribal Court.
