Jake Witthaus and Alex Soderstrom have another exciting update on the work being done in Florida. In “Orlando’s nonstop growth threatens its natural areas”, industrial growth is spilling into these precious water sources, risking pollution and destruction. Chuck O’Neal was one of the experts asked to go on record about the journey of the work being done in Florida, and the enforcement case he is representing as plaintiff.

He shared his journey from discovering the development application from Beachline South Residential LLC, and his deep concern over discovering that this project would disturb wetlands on nearly 2,000 vacant acres of an area used to clean and move Orange County water. A timeline, and an introduction to the characters involved in this enforcement case (along with perspectives) are also included in this news piece.
