Bioneers Learning Course to Feature CDER Speakers

Registration is now open for this six-week course hosted by our partners at Bioneers. The course will be held from 4-6pm Eastern Time every Tuesday beginning on August 13.

The Center for Democratic and Environmental Rights’ Senior Legal Counsel, Thomas Linzey, and Director of our Tribal Rights of Nature Program, Frank Bibeau, will present during the course on how tribal nations are advancing the rights of nature and their tribal sovereignty.

The Center for Democratic and Environmental Rights partners with tribes to bring the rights of nature into tribal law and governance, and on enforcing those laws.
