CDER’s Executive Director, Mari Margil, and Shrawan Kumar Sharma, our Nepal Associate, participated together in Forum 2023 hosted by The Temple of Understanding held in October.

They spoke about the journey of working to recognize the rights of nature in Nepal, in particular - the Rights of the Himalayas - with a particular focus on working at the national parliamentary level and the district governance level.
